The extended day program is for children 2 months through 4 years old. They will be enrolled in our morning MDO or preschool program and then stay for the extended day program. They will have their learning time in the morning, then lunch and a nap with quality play time in the afternoon. The yearly program will be from August through August with a week closing in August and December for maintenance and Christmas vacation. It will always be the 1st full week in August and it will vary with Christmas vacation according to the public school system.

 

Hours of Operation - Extended Day Session

  • ·        Monday through Friday
  • ·        7:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • ·        Exception will be for the night of Trunk or Treat; Kidz Crossing will close at 5:00pm.
  • ·        August through August session
  • ·        Closed the 1st full week in August and some Christmas vacation

 

Extended Day Registration and Supply Fees      

  •    Registration fee   $45.00
  •    Supply fee $130.00
  •    Sports fee  $25 for 3 and 4 year old children only
  •    Phonics fee of $50 is due at the beginning of the school year for preschool children only (3 & 4 yr olds)   

Extended Day Tuition: This will vary depending on how many days you sign up for with the morning program and the extended day program combined. The program is very flexible in that you can sign up for 2, 3 or 5 days in the morning and also 2, 3 or 5 days in the afternoon. Therefore, you may need 5 days in the morning time but only 2 days for the extended day portion or vice versa. Tuition for a non-infant 5 days in MDO/PS part is $55 a week and 2 days in extended day part is $41 a week; therefore, you would pay $96.00 a week for extended day every week on a yearly basis. Or, you may need 3 full days.  Tuition for 3 days in MDO/PS part is $40 a week and 3 days in extended day part is $41 a week; therefore, you would pay $81.00 a week for extended day every week on a yearly basis. 5 full days is $113.00 a week.

To get the accurate weekly tuition rate, you would need to decide what you are signing up for and then add the MDO/PS weekly rate, and the extended day weekly rate to get your total weekly tuition. Please note that the infant weekly rates are different than the other weekly rates.
